At Silverstone Store, we are committed to your peak performance. If your sports gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Silverstone account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
